When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of the status of your order. We also give you a password that will enable you to log in and retrieve details of your order and whether it has been acknowledged, packed, shipped etc.

When you enter credit/debit card details to make a payment you will be transferred to ouyr secure server. All of your information that we ask for on this site is treated in the strictest of confidence.


Collection of information by our payment company Netbanx.

We use a payment company for our secure server tranactions who utilises a high level of encryption - customers connect using 128 bit SSL encryption. Our payment company also encrypts stored transaction information, ensuring that it's not tampered with. Our payment company, currently 'Netbanx', captures your credit card information and will always ensure that this information is processed with very high levels of security.

We only keep details of your purchases and address in our online database. Lemon Digital Ltd staff DO NOT see any credit/debit card information. Credit/debit card information IS NOT kept on file by Lemon Digital Ltd or our credit card payment company.
